Hello! My name is Cassy Burnett, and I started Accelerate Your Learning because I consistently saw many students struggling to find engaging and effective ways to accelerate their learning and build their confidence in their abilities. There weren’t enough opportunities to grow musically and academically in a fun, supportive setting.
That’s why I created Accelerate Your Learning. I aim to provide a wholesome, safe learning environment where students can finally enjoy musical and educational experiences. And it’s not just for the kids; I also wanted to offer a safe space for families to learn and grow together, ensuring they could still manage their responsibilities at home.

Cassy Burnett
Hi, I’m Cassy Burnett! I’m a mother, wife, educator, and advocate. I hold a bachelor’s in Elementary and Special Education and taught Special Education for 4 years before beginning online tutoring for the last 2 years. My husband John, son Trevor, daughter Emma, and I live in Idaho. We love spending our free time watching movies, playing games, hiking, exercising, off-roading, and being with family. Having grown up in a military family and lived across the Western United States, I’ve developed a deep appreciation for getting to know new people and experiencing different cultures.
My personal experiences with children with disabilities profoundly influenced my educational journey. These incredible individuals improved my life, and I realized I wanted to learn from them forever. I’m genuinely passionate about helping students reach their full potential and empowering families to advocate effectively for their children within the school system.

Katie Jewett
Hi there! My name is Katelyn Jewett, and I’m thrilled to be part of the Accelerate Your Learning team. I graduated from BYU-Idaho in 2020 with a degree in Biology Education and have since enjoyed teaching at Idaho Falls High School, Skyline High School, and Idaho Home Learning Academy (IHLA). As an educator, I’m all about motivating and inspiring students to reach their full potential. Every student can understand and succeed when the learning process is tailored to their needs.
Outside of teaching, I’m a busy mom to three adorable children with my fantastic husband of seven years. When I’m not in the classroom, you can often find me enjoying a variety of hobbies like playing games, baking, trying new recipes, hiking, walking, reading, catching up on movies or shows, crocheting, and getting creative with crafts alongside my kids. I’m so excited to help students achieve their academic goals here at Accelerate Your Learning!

Maryann Swenson
Hi! My name is Maryann and I’ve been playing the violin for 15 years and teaching for nearly four. I’ve been lucky enough to perform in various competitions and with many incredible orchestras, most recently as the first violin Concert Master for the Jerome LDS Stake’s performance of “The Lamb of God.” While I have an Associate’s Degree in Anthropology and started pursuing a Business Administration degree, my focus shifted to raising my wonderful children.
Idaho has always been home, apart from a church mission I served in New Mexico and Texas. My amazing husband and I have been married for four years, and our two little ones keep our hands and hearts full! The violin has brought so much peace and joy into my life, and I’m excited to help it become a meaningful part of yours too.

Cami Neumann
Cami has worked with children as a Brain Balance Coach, a Classroom Paraprofessional, a Preschool Teacher, and now as a Tutor. She enjoys working with children of all ages! Cami obtained her bachelor’s degree in English in 2022 and is currently a stay-at-home mother to two wonderful toddlers. She loves art, psychology, and creative writing. One of her favorite things about working with children and teenagers is learning how to communicate with them and helping them grow beyond even their own expectations. Cami firmly believes that there’s nothing you can’t do as long as you have the correct tools, support, and motivation. She aims to be that support and give your students the tools they need to accomplish their learning tasks, and apply through your entire student experience.
